As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in marketing analysis, automation, outbound campaigns, and customer relationship management. This is your chance to shape our strategy, build meaningful connections, and deliver impactful, data-driven results – Join our COBE team!

What you\’ll do

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation tools, like HubSpot, to streamline campaigns and workflows
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize campaigns
• Create and maintain lead databases
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track ROI, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in marketing automation and analytics
• Design and execute outbound marketing campaigns (e.g. e-mail & LinkedIn)
• Help create and execute lead generation and lead nurturing strategies
• Test and refine campaign elements to improve conversion
• Identify and reach out to potential podcast and event guests in line with our strategy and target audience
• Evaluate and recommend conferences and trade fairs to attend for lead generation purposes
• Manage communication with external marketing partners and agencies we work with
• Oversee the management of CRM platforms to ensure accurate tracking of customer data and interactions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and inbound, to develop and execute integrated campaigns

What you bring

• Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing – nice to have: automation, outbound marketing, and CRM
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
