We are looking for a motivated leader for our Store in Metzingen. Do you have a passion for menswear clothing? Do you find yourself constantly looking at the latest fashion trends?

Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

  • Responsible for managing the team members.
  • Manage staff performance, shifts, duties, holidays, and absences.
  • Responsible for coaching, leading, and developing your team to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and thereby continuously strengthen our brand.
  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Responsible for ensuring relevant training of team members and ensuring a common understanding of C.P. Company’s vision, mission, and values.

Targets and results:

  • Maximize sales potential to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Focus on achieving KPIs, sales targets, and results.
  • Sales reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge and correct execution of company procedures.
  • People Management.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

Retail operations:

  • Guarantee the image of the store and the people at the highest standard at any time according to the Company guidelines.
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Manage stock levels and help the HQ make key decisions about stock control.
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments.
  • Monitor the team and ensure up selling and cross selling techniques are mastered.
  • Manage administration tasks and reporting.
  • Guarantee effectiveness of returns, repairs and claims procedure.
  • Guarantee store operations: stock delivery, replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, pricing and discount policy and any other legal requirements.
  • Ensuring that daily cleaning is of high standard and that all furniture is properly maintained.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Ensuring that all visual merchandising practices are executed.

Requirements:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Natural talent for motivating and developing teams
  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • 3-5 years of retail sales required; retail management experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers
  • Able to give clear directions and set expectations for staff
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example
