360° Property Manager and/or Condominium Manager 80%-100%
Responsibilities :
- Administrative and technical management of condominiums and a property portfolio
- Conducting meetings - Providing information to owners - Handling rent decreases and increases - Handling terminations and lettings - Carrying out inspections, preliminary visits and condition reports - Technical monitoring of maintenance and renovation works - Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules - Possibility to manage a portfolio solely of condominiums if desired
Profile :
- 30 - 50 years old - Commercial employee CFC, equivalent profile or qualification - Federal diploma as property manager (= an asset) - Minimum 3-5 years professional experience as a condominium manager - Very good knowledge of tenancy law and condominium regulations - Good knowledge of MS Office - Start date to be agreed
