We are looking, for our client located in the Lausanne region, for a:
Commercial Employee - Bilingual German-French Customer Service
Responsibilities :
- Updating the price list and monitoring
- Preparing commercial offers (French-German)
- Order processing
- Commercial support for external sales in Swiss German-speaking Switzerland
- Customer reception and telephone handling - Correspondence with clients / suppliers (French-German) - Preparation of French / German mailings
Profile :
- 23 - 52 years old - Federal VET Diploma as Commercial Employee or equivalent qualification - Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience as a commercial employee or sales assistant - customer service
- Bilingual Swiss German - French - Good knowledge of common IT tools - Customer-oriented personality, comfortable with IT, versatile, precise and able to manage priorities
