Responsibilities :
- Processing rental lease terminations - Advertising and managing rental listings - Drawing up and modifying rental leases - Various correspondence and contacts with landlords and tenants - Managing rent increases and decreases - Preparing requests for quotes, work orders and work statements - Reporting claims, administrative follow-up of works and building maintenance - Managing and monitoring budgets and invoices - Handling terminations, preparing inventories and drawing up exit statements - Opportunity to progress to junior manager if desired
Profile :
- 25 - 50 years old - Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification - Minimum 3-5 years recent professional experience in real estate as a rental and technical assistant
- Autonomous, organised, motivated and committed person
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Available quickly (= advantage)
