About the Role
As a Business and Marketing Analyst, you will be at the heart of our regional commercial operations—supporting sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating events, managing financial processes, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
· Coordinate adaptation of marketing materials with EMEAI Marketing and regional teams
· Support Territory Managers with customer-focused marketing requests
· Manage event invitations and collaborate with external agencies
Event & Meeting Management
· Organize congress participation (venue booking, stand setup, scheduling)
· Support webinars, internal trainings, and team meetings
· Maintain event platforms and assist the regional communication team
What You Bring
· Minimum2 years of relevant experience in customer support, sales admin, or event planning
· Fluency inGerman and French ; fluency in English
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Science, Business, or Marketing)
· Strong analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary: €40,000–€45,000 (depending on experience)
