What does the typical day look like:
- Oversee the distribution and return of executed leases within given timeframes.
- Ensure errors in lease amendments are kept to a minimum.
- Work to deadlines assigned by the Company with the highest amount of attention to detail.
- Prepare diverse amendments to lease agreements as re-negotiated by the Lease Consultants.
- Review signed agreements returned by the landlord to ensure their accuracy and that all necessary documentation is provided. Liaise with other departments to correct possible errors.
What are we looking for:
- Native-level fluency in German and English fluency (B2 or higher).
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
- Administration experience.
What does the company offer you:
- Salary: €30,000 – 33,000 per annum base salary + performance-based commission (2k-3k/year).
- Location: Dusseldorf Hybrid.
