Senior Payroll Specialist

Global business consulting company is looking to hire a dedicated PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join their team in Dusseldorf.

Key tasks :

• Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
• Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates, year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP systems for all regions.
• Maintain a broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll laws.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements.

Your profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Germany payroll processing.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Good experience in coordinating payroll inputs and validation.
• Experience with HRMS / ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc., and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in German and English.
