One of the major IT companies is looking for an ambitious IT/service desk professional to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be focused on the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at improving customers\‘ service desk experience. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions to optimise service desk processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different areas to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to improve the Service Desk experience.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the Service Desk.
- Create reports and presentations to showcase project progress and results.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English.
- Professional experience in IT Service Desk or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric focus and passion for improving the customer experience.
