Overview
In this role, you will design and optimize radiating elements for multi-band base station antennas, moving from concept to mass production. You will work with state-of-the-art simulation tools and international cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve performance and cost-efficiency. Your work directly supports advanced radiator and front-end design within our product development organization. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on system integration and measurement validation.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, simulate, and verify radiating components for passive multiband base station antennas and active antenna systems
- Lead 3D simulation and development from concept to mass production
- Integrate and optimize radiating elements within the overall antenna system
- Conduct and support RF measurements on hardware prototypes
- Document and present results within project and department teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Continuously improve component design, performance, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate in cross-functional, global teams to share knowledge and innovate
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor with relevant experience, or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong RF background
- Proven experience in RF and antenna design
- Solid understanding of radiating component development and integration
- Expertise in 3D EM simulation tools (CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS)
- Experience with 2D simulation tools (AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS)
- Basic knowledge of RF and antenna measurement techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication in an international environment
