About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Junior Business Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing D2C Health & Wellness company. The role focuses on acting as a sparring partner to the business with a strong analytical finance perspective and you will have mentorship from a senior finance team member in the business.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key partner, providing data-driven insights to senior management, including the CEO and CFO, to support strategic decision-making.
• Control and report business performance, both internally and to the group, using standard templates for monthly reporting and brand calls.
• Handle planning processes, including quarterly budget updates and rolling forecasts.
• Interact with local teams in sales, marketing, and supply chain to understand inventory movements and their financial impact.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and managing key financial metrics to drive business performance and highlight potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor business dynamics and their financial consequences, ensuring accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• This role is analytical in nature and is not focused solely on accounting; the accounting work is centrally managed in Belgium.
• The position will involve understanding the business and monitoring the impact of various actions on financial performance.

You:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in a business controlling role or a similar environment, such as a high-growth international D2C business, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Possess strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Have excellent commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Are proficient in Excel and financial software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible, adaptable approach.
• Are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
