What You'll Be Learning & Doing: As an Early Career Business Leadership Associate, you'll gain broad exposure across a global industrial manufacturing organization, including:

Essential Qualifications / Experience
- Degree in a technical and/or business-related subject e. g. Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Systems and Marketing
- Exceptional marketing and analytical skills
- Industry experience preferable
- Experience with product life cycle
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and German, including technical and business terms. Able to communicate in other languages an advantage.

- MBA preferred, but not required
