Build contingency plans for capacity disruption (mechanical, weather, geopolitical) on critical lanes, including pre-cleared backup routings. Monitor and report on load factor, on-time performance, and capacity utilization against plan. Compliance comfortable building and maintaining capacity models in Excel or BI tools.
