General Description.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Ocean Freight Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and successful execution of customer projects and logistics activities across Germany.
Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Sales, overseas offices and customers, the role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in accordance with customer requirements and Crane Worldwide Logistics' operational standards.
The Ocean Freight Project Coordinator plays a key operational role by coordinating project activities, executing shipments within the Company's operating systems, maintaining accurate project documentation and supporting the achievement of operational service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
Essential Job Functions.
Project Coordination.
Support the coordination of customer projects from initiation through to successful completion.
Assist in preparing project plans, implementation schedules and project timelines.
Monitor project milestones and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate project documentation and project files .
Coordinate internal and external meetings and distribute meeting minutes where required. xayajpt
