- Develop target list and initiate contact with potential clients through sales phone calls, appropriate social media, promotional flier distribution, and cold calling.
- Arrange and confirm appointments to introduce the company and its services to potential clients and build and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Support existing clients, acting as an intermediary for communication between the client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network; available for escalation when necessary.
- Provide tracking information as requested by the client.
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage all client requests and follow up to ensure that client needs are met.
- Facilitate the completion of national RFQs.
- Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members.
- Analyze client profit or loss and provide proposals for yield improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
