Restaurant Manager (M/F) - 80% Permanent Contract
YOUR MISSION:
- Manage all restaurant operations to ensure its smooth running - Participate in recruitment, train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service - Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints - Manage financial aspects, including budgets, costs and revenue targets
YOUR PROFILE:
- Solid experience in restaurant management, with similar responsibilities - Skills in leadership, staff management and customer service - Experience in budget management and cost optimisation - Ability to motivate and unite a team around the restaurant’s objectives - Fluency in French; another language, such as English, is a plus
