As our new Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our service operations at Crayon. Working closely with the Global ERP lead and our business units around the globe, you will develop and support our transition into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) system for the consulting sales and service delivery units.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and understand business requirements and how they match existing configurations and features in D365 and connected systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for business users , enhancing their ability to utilize the system effectively.
- Gain a thorough understanding of existing business processes and how they can be optimized within the D365 environment.
- Work closely with internal IT, D365 teams, and service delivery units to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the system landscape.
- Understand how F&O is configured and how standard processes and use cases work in D365.
- Stay updated on the latest D365 features and industry best practices, leveraging them to drive continuous improvement in the system’s functionality.
Your Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Extensive background in service operations.
- Previous experience with D365 implementation projects.
- Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or a related field.
