- 2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
- Strong expertise in hiring AI roles, operations, AI consultants, support, and business analysts.
- Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing.
