We are an interior designing company, establishing a startup in Ahmedabad. We cater to Corporate and Residential Interior. Our firm has vast experience in the interior designing segment and is able to create ultra-modern living lifestyle interiors starting with home interior. We design Residential Interior, Commercial space, Office Interior, and Modular Kitchen Interiors. We are still growing and trying to establish our position among the highly prolific interior designing companies in India, currently serving in Bangalore & Ahmedabad.
Job Summary
We seek a Social Media Analyst to oversee our social media efforts and execute effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive knowledge of various social platforms and have expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for web content.
Your primary goal will be to enhance our online visibility and boost brand recognition by implementing successful social media campaigns and strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Analyze user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates).
- Report on web traffic from all social media.
- Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.
- Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience.
- Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments.
- Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite.
- Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems is preferred).
- Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in English.
