You will join Credit Agricole CIB Frankfurt as Leveraged Finance Analyst.
Crédit Agricole CIB is a leading international leverage debt provider and ranks among the top players in the high yield Bond market.
The Leveraged and Telecom Finance Group (LTFG) business line covers all aspects of leveraged debt financing from origination, to structuring, syndication and secondary trading.
You will work within the deal team and support Transactors in the execution of LBO financings in the German speaking and in the Nordic region:
1. Execution of new transactions
- Assist the deal team in the origination and execution of new deal opportunities including analysis of information memorandums, management presentations and due diligence reports.
- Preparation of internal credit applications to be presented in credit committees.
- Cash-flow based financial modelling (including sensitivity scenarios).
- Support in Compliance and KYC related matters.
2. Monitoring of existing portfolio files
- Periodic analysis of company reports and financial statements including preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reviews.
- Presentation to / discussion with internal decision makers.
3. Marketing Activities
- Writing deal-related pitchbooks for key private equity clients.
- Preparation of general marketing pitches based on research from various (internal and external) sources.
To be eligible for a VIE:
- Be less than 28 years.
- Be graduated with a Master Degree.
- Be an EU citizen (except German).

You are a post-graduate of a Master Degree in Finance. You have former experiences in Leveraged Finance/Structured Finance/Corporate Finance, Investment Bank/Commercial Bank, and/or Private Equity.

- Attitude towards detailed analytical work and financial modeling.
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance (Credit analysis, financial modelling, private equity investments).
