Agile Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

1. Clarifying and defining project goals and missions, drafting and updating work breakdown structures
2. Obtaining effort estimates, creating schedules and resource plans
3. Managing project control, cost calculations, and monitoring budgets and risks
4. Conducting project meetings and steering committees, documenting projects
5. Coordinating the project team and managing conflicts
6. Supporting continuous improvement in aixigo\’s project management processes

Details:

• Start date: 01/06/2025
• Position with management: No
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree / BSc or equivalent in economics, MINT, or related fields
• Professional experience: 3-5 years in IT project management of complex projects

Skills required:

• Interest or experience in the financial sector
• Strong skills in process design, documentation, and project management
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a good understanding of stakeholder needs

Language skills: German is a plus
