Responsibilities:
- You will organise onboarding and offboarding for our employees in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands
- You will advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related topics
- You will be responsible for the recruitment of certain positions and provide support in other recruiting processes
- You actively shape our employer branding with us
- You will be actively involved in national and international projects
