Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training - Ease in telephone and written communication, - Negotiation skills, diplomacy, firmness - Autonomy, rigour and team spirit - Written/spoken French, German and English an asset
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the follow-up of collection files for our clients - Contact debtors by phone, letter and e-mail in German, French and occasionally in English - Negotiate payment agreements and find solutions adapted to the situation - Manage amicable reminders and legal procedures if necessary - Maintain regular reports with our clients and partners and advise them
