YOUR TASKS:

• Customer acquisition and analysis of market potential
• Organization of appointments and general administrative tasks
• Support, maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships
• Planning and organization of business trips

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed commercial training or several years of relevant professional experience in sales
• Independent and autonomous action
• High customer and service orientation
• Open, friendly and engaging communication
• German and English spoken and written, knowledge of Spanish an advantage

Organization of transports (road/truck): scheduled transports, part and full loads, overhang vehicles for scheduled transports, special trips, time-critical shipments, general cargo, ADR (dangerous goods transport)
Notification of pick-ups and deliveries
Freight optimization and organization of capacity utilization
Procurement of transport orders

Supporting managers and employees with their tasks General administrative and organizational activities Participation in projects – conducting independent research and gathering project-relevant information Developing and preparing concepts and process plans Creating evaluations and reports
