Rather, the CretschmarCargo South team of experts, with its many years of expertise to support customers in developing and implementing customized logistics solutions. and implement tailor-made logistics solutions.

  • Overall responsibility for the management and implementation of internal and external administrative processes
  • Implementation and optimization of guidelines in cooperation with various interfaces
  • Ensuring personnel administration for approx. 20 employees of the German organization
  • Implementation of new financial and personnel processes incl. Creation of associated reports
  • Support with the application for certifications

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in business organization and administration
  • Good knowledge regarding budgeting, reporting and personnel controlling
  • Organizational skills and enjoys implementing new processes with ensuring subsequent operational implementation
  • Secure knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
  • Distinct communication competence

  • Customer acquisition and market analysis
  • Making appointments and general administrative activities
  • Customer support and care as well as development of existing customers
  • Business development Transport Southern Europe
  • Organization of transports (road/truck): scheduled transports, part and full loads, overhang vehicles for scheduled transports, special trips, time-critical shipments, general cargo, ADR (dangerous goods transport)
  • Notification of pick-ups and deliveries
  • Freight optimization and organization of capacity utilization
  • Procurement of transport orders
  • Supporting managers and employees with their tasks General administrative and organizational activities Participation in projects – conducting independent research and gathering project-relevant information Developing and preparing concepts and process plans Creating evaluations and reports
