What You'll Do:
As our Account Strategist, you will be managing a portfolio of top accounts among our German Retail Media clients. You will be joining a fast-paced environment, and client retention together with account growth will be your main objectives to continue supporting our strategic plan. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
This position will be responsible for monitoring account performance metrics and providing regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, analytics, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Provide top-level strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to effectively propose tailored solutions and drive business growth.
- Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize their goals
- Create personalized decks and presentations to drive regular meetings
- Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling new products
Who You Are:
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise
- Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape
- Team player with a proven track record of contributing to team success and exceeding goals
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment
- Ability to work effectively across functions/teams: Analytics, Marketing, Product, etc.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills
