What You\’ll Do: At Criteo, we believe that retailers and brands can thrive in an open, fair, and transparent environment. As such, Criteo is increasing its investment in its retailer-facing business that helps clients manage all aspects of their ad and audience monetization programs, also known as Retail Media. This involves placing brand advertisements within eCommerce sites, mobile applications of retailers, and offsite brand and retailer-specific ads.
What You\’ll Do: Criteo’s Retail Media division aims to be the leading technology platform powering the most efficient retail media ecosystem globally. We serve over 100 top retailers and numerous leading brands. As a Sales Manager Brands DACH, reporting to the Head of Retail Media Demand, your responsibilities include winning new business, nurturing prospects, growing existing clients, managing multi-product sales cycles, and working with major brands in consumer electronics, beauty, and FMCG sectors. You will facilitate joint business planning, develop sales account plans, and forecast to meet quarterly targets. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service to drive revenue growth with existing large clients, collaborating closely with the Account Strategist team.
- Responsibly acquiring new major business prospects.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with brands and agencies at all levels.
- Creating new relationships with media agencies as needed.
- Promoting new products and solutions externally.
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge through internal collaboration.
- Understanding industry trends and applying learnings to generate new business.
- Attending industry events to build a strong network.
- Managing pipelines and opportunities across multiple products.
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in digital media sales, display advertising, or eCommerce.
- Proven success in driving new business.
- Established relationships in FMCG, beauty, or electronics sectors within the DACH region.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the online advertising industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
