A scale-up within the autonomous mobility service industry is currently recruiting a Vice President of Business Development.In this role you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and revenue expansion for the new and rapidly growing service in Europe and the UK. This includes spearheading strategic and go-to-market planning for the business.Business level of English along with either German or French is required for this role.WORK TYPE : full-remote (anywhere in Europe)VISA SUPPORT : YESTYPE : Permanent, full-timeSALARY : €100 – 150k depending on experience + company carSTART : ASAPLOCATION : Full remote work with a 40%-50% travel component to European countries and the UK / Europe base positionVice President of Business Development Main Responsibilities :Develop and execute businessPursue and solidify strategic partnerships with key operators : identify keyCollaborate with internal teams to leverage partner networks, resources, and expertise to achieve mutually beneficial objectivesDrive revenue expansion : identify and evaluate opportunities to increase revenue through new business initiatives, including new site deployments as well as service expansions within existing customer facilitiesConduct market surveillance and analysis : stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform businessNegotiate and close deals : lead negotiations and close deals with strategic partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams : work closely with other departments including marketing,Monitor and report on key metrics : establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of businessVice President of Business Development Ideal Candidate :Deep professional network within the aviation industry especially with ground operation companies and airport operating companiesPrevious working experience at Airline companies are advantageousAny working experience within autonomous mobility industry is advantageousProven track record of success leading business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growthLanguage proficiency in English, and either German or French is a mustBachelor\’s degree. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferredAbility to quickly understand and synthesize market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape in new and emerging industry based on advanced, breakthrough technologyExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and identify new business opportunities createdStrong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFinancial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up like environmentEntrepreneurial bent with ability to lead business development function independently in a very lean organization with limited administrative supportVisa support may be considered depending on experience.If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
