As a Billing Service Agent based in Sofia, you will play a key role in managing billing processes for clients and will use your German language skills every day in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing-related enquiries from German-speaking customers
- Support and manage billing processes accurately and on time
- Resolve billing issues and provide clear, professional explanations to customers
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records in line with client procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Attention to detail and comfort working with billing data
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work on-site
