Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Account Manager for a global leader with relocation to Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary resource for the sales teams and the key advisor;
- Help in the maintenance and advancement of sales stages/pipeline and meet the required opportunity closure ratio;
- Close Document Cloud & Creative Cloud for Ent. Deals on target accounts;
- Attain the assigned targets through closing sales deals;
- Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth (inbound sales activities, including handling phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers);
- Perform cold calling;
- Close deals and achieve sales targets;
- Provide exceptional customer support.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels;
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling;
- Excellent customer support skills;
- 2-4 years of customer support/sales experience (minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- English is required (B2);
- Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product (Tech savvy individual).
