What you\'ll do
- Review and assess user reports on video content
- Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
- Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
- Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment
What we\'re looking for
- German native/fluent + English (B2+)
- Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
- Tolerance for sensitive/graphic content
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
- Quick learner, adaptable, and objective in decision‑making
