Your Role As a
Sales Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
What Youll Do
Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You Are Fluent in
German and
English
(spoken and written) Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred) Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools Skilled in communication and multitasking Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
