Agile Project Manager – Cybersecurity Programs

This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based and work from within Bulgaria.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead cybersecurity project delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals and security frameworks
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) using Jira or Azure DevOps
• Manage project governance, risk tracking, and reporting within cyber programs
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and internal security standards
• Mentor and coach team members, driving accountability and continuous improvement

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Experienced in managing cybersecurity or IT transformation projects in agile or setups
• Skilled in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, and Confluence
• Holds relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or CISSP/CISM/CISA)
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks within the European Economic Region is a strong asset
