YOUR MISSION

  • Advise our recruitment and consulting engagement teams with your Subject Matter Expertise in Aviation, Space, and Defence
  • Act as interim manager or coach on our client engagements leveraging your long-term leadership experience
  • Support the identification and capturing of new business opportunities using your knowledge and network
  • Promote thought leadership, contribute to articles, interviews, webcasts, etc by sharing your functional and industry insights

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Recognised career as top executive within the aviation, space and defence community , e.g. Airbus, ESA, EUMETSAT, Leonardo, Rheinmetall
  • Strong understanding of project management and aviation, space and defence industry-specific regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ideally initial experience as interim manager or consultant advising on complex engineering projects and navigating industry challenges
