YOUR MISSION
- Lead and mentor the marketing team , ensuring effective operations and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive demand creation, lead capturing, and customer retention.
- Collaborate across departments (Sales, CSM, Operations) on a consistent go-to-market process .
- Analyse marketing performance , report on outcomes , and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing , ideally in the HR Tech area.
- Deep knowledge of digital and inbound marketing strategies (SEA, SEO, website optimization) and tools like HubSpot.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.
- Visionary and creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach to problem-solving.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills to prioritize initiatives effectively.
- German language proficiency at a native/C2 level.
