YOUR MISSION

  • Lead the daily operations of the sales team, coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
  • Support Sales Reps during discovery calls, pitches, and contract negotiations
  • Co-develop and implement sales strategies to meet new customer acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process
  • Analyse sales activities and deliver regular performance reports to drive data-informed decisions

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for middle and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech
  • Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to guide a high-performing team
  • Solid understanding of Marketing and Customer Success workflows
  • Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimize strategies and processes
  • Excellent self-organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
