YOUR MISSION

  • Lead the daily operations of the sales team , coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Support Sales Reps during discovery calls, pitches, and contract negotiations.
  • Co-develop and implement sales strategies to meet new customer acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process.
  • Analyse sales activities and deliver regular performance reports to drive data-informed decisions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for middle and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech.
  • Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies , and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to guide a high-performing team.
  • Solid understanding of Marketing and Customer Success workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimize strategies and processes.
  • Excellent self-organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • German language proficiency at a native/C2 level.
