Senior Recruitment Specialist

YOUR MISSION Lead and execute the full recruitment life cycle for engineering and scientific positions, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and diversity targets. Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders. Manage external recruitment partners and oversee sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); liaise with ICT for system enhancements. Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews, schedule interview boards, and manage all related documentation. Organise and coordinate onsite interviews and candidate travel for final selection and medical checks. Prepare and deliver recruitment reports, metrics, and bi-annual service reviews. Represent the organisation at career fairs and networking events to strengthen employer branding. YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Proven 8+ years of experience managing recruitment processes, including best sourcing techniques, for technical, scientific or engineering roles — ideally in international or space-related organisations. Experience coordinating with external service providers and managing vendor relationships. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills; ability to work autonomously under pressure. A structured, methodical approach — detail-oriented but capable of seeing the big picture. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools and employer branding practices. Experience managing travel for candidates’ interviews and medical checks. Bachelor’s degree (HR or related discipline preferred; a post‑graduate qualification in HR is a plus). Fluent level of English language, writing and speaking.
