- Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, ensuring excellence in quality, estimation, and delivery
- Act as the key interface between system requirements and detailed software requirements
- Drive embedded software development projects from planning through execution in a structured, results-oriented environment
- Translate business and system needs into robust, scalable software solutions
- Lead software sub-projects, including estimation, planning, resource coordination, risk management, and progress tracking
- Support model-based development and automatic code generation for embedded targets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Promote engineering best practices and continuously improve development processes
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven experience in Embedded Software Development and successful project execution
- Strong hands-on expertise with C++ in embedded environments
- Advanced experience with Matlab/Simulink and model-based development
- Proven track record leading engineers and driving delivery in technical projects
- Strong experience in Requirements Engineering , translating system requirements into software specifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Fluent German and English
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- Background in industrial products, automation, control systems, or HVAC-related technologies
