Role Summary

This is a site-based, rotation-based role offering the opportunity to work on one of Europe's leading mission-critical construction projects.
You will implement QA procedures, manage QA documentation through Procore and ensure consistent quality standards on site.
The role involves working closely with Senior Project Managers, Contracts Managers and Site Management teams, overseeing quality for roofing, cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen and door installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for QA processes across the project, ensuring compliance with Crown QA standards.
- Implement and manage First-Off Checks (FOCs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and build-up verification for roofing and cladding systems.
- Inspect and track air seal installations, ensuring photographic and written evidence is captured.
- Drive the three-stage handover system (W1 Works Complete, W2 Snagging, W3 Close-Out) and maintain a tracker of open and closed zones.
- Liaise daily with Project Managers, Site Managers and client QA teams to proactively manage risks and potential delays.
- Maintain QA documentation in Procore, including photographic evidence, inspection reports and sign-offs.
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and subcontractor quality reviews.
- Attend site coordination and progress meetings with the Main Contractor and Client.
- Protect Crown's contractual position through accurate records and documentation.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Person Specification
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a site-based QA/QC role within construction, ideally within the building envelope sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding, curtain walling and façade system installation.
- Experience using QA documentation systems such as Procore or similar.
- Professional certification in Quality Management (CQE, CQM or equivalent) is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Full driving licence.
- Willingness to work on a rotational basis.
- Currently based in Europe and eligible to work within the EU.
- Familiarity with BIM and other advanced construction technologies is desirable.
