Our client, a fast-growing robotics and software company, is building an operating system for robotics, enabling non-programmers to operate robots. With a team of 100+ employees across Dresden, Berlin, and Leipzig, they foster a dynamic and innovative culture.
The Role
As an IT Systems & SaaS Administrator , you will manage internal IT infrastructure, optimize workflows through automation, and support cloud-based tools. You’ll ensure smooth IT operations while enhancing user experience and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer IT systems and SaaS tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Provide IT support and optimize internal processes.
- Implement automation solutions using platforms like Make, Zapier, or scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript).
- Manage IT assets, security policies, and cloud-based solutions.
- Support IT projects aligned with business needs.
Who You Are
3+ years of IT operations/support experience
Experience managing Windows/macOS hardware in a Microsoft Cloud environment
Knowledge of IT service tools (Jira, Intune, IT Asset Management )
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
German B2/C1 and English B2+
Nice to Have
Experience with DevOps approaches in Azure
Scripting/coding (PowerShell, JavaScript)
Networking & IT infrastructure knowledge
