Senior Design Engineer – in Berlin

About the Company

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, recently funded startup based in Berlin. They\’re building a powerful engineering platform for LLM-based applications, helping developers understand how users interact with their AI tools — and how to improve them.

You’ll join a small, highly technical team building tools used daily by thousands of developers.

What You’ll Do

• Own the user experience and interface of a devtool used by thousands of teams
• Collaborate directly with the founders and engineering team
• Design and implement user-facing features using technologies like Next.js, Tailwind, Clickhouse, and Postgres
• Contribute to an open-source project and build in public

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development with strong UI / UX focus
• Strong design skills and passion for intuitive interfaces
• Experience (or willingness to learn) modern tools and frameworks
• Proactive, independent mindset and hands-on approach

Contract & Compensation

• Location : On-site in Berlin, Germany
• Salary range : €70,000–€130,000 gross / year, depending on experience
• Equity options available
• Company name will be disclosed in later stages of the process
