We provide cruise lines with onboard photography teams, professional equipment, creative materials, technology and operational support across multiple vessels and cruise brands.
Our work combines photography, graphic design, visual storytelling, technology and onboard operations.
About the role As part of the growth of our shoreside operations, we are expanding our graphic team with a Visual Production & Onboard Quality Specialist.

The position focuses primarily on reusable concepts, prototypes, templates and visual standards that onboard teams can adapt and produce locally.
Projects will be assigned according to agreed priorities, timelines and the initial part‑time workload.
As CTI introduces new products and technologies, some responsibilities may evolve while remaining aligned with the role and agreed workload.

Develop prototypes, master templates and promotional materials designed to support onboard sales.
Create storyboards and visual concepts for cruise-related slideshows, digital products and print products.
Prepare production guidelines and visual standards for Photo Managers and onboard teams.
Review the quality and consistency of photographs, videos, slideshows and graphic materials produced onboard.
Provide practical feedback and support the continuous improvement of visual production across vessels and teams.
Select, organize, approve and upload visual assets, ensuring correct quality, naming and structure.
Support the development, testing and implementation of new products and workflows, also using AI tools where appropriate.
Contribute to other related creative and visual production projects in line with the role and agreed workload.
What we are looking for We are looking for a practical and creative person with a good foundation in graphic design, a strong eye for visual quality and a willingness to learn.
Experience in every area is not required. Training will be provided on CTI products, cruise photography workflows and production standards.

Work across graphic design, photography, print, digital media and video projects.
Collaborate with an experienced shoreside team.
Contribute to new products, visual standards and production workflows.
Opportunity for onboard travel when required and mutually agreed.
