As Event Manager, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of every Crush project — from opportunity handoff through final budget reconciliation and client sign-off. As the primary client contact, internal project driver, budget steward, and on-site decision-maker, nothing moves without you and nothing closes without your name on it.

Overview
The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, energetic, positive and confident, and exude determination, resourcefulness and fastidious attention to detail. This role will require the ability to manage multiple projects while precisely and accurately tracking all moving parts from pre-production through close-out.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. Final compensation details, including level and salary within the posted range, will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relative to the role’s requirements.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
