With offices in Austria and Switzerland, right in the heart of "Crypto Valley", we are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our customer base across Europe.Role Overview:The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and optimising Cryptonow's marketing across digital and offline channels in our European markets. With a strong focus on growth, he or she drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, activation and retention for the Cryptonow platform and our Crypto Gift Cards, and ensures that all communications meet the MiCAR requirements for crypto-asset marketing.The role reports to the CMO and is part of our marketing team, working closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Design and external agencies.Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include, inter alia, the following:Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across markets, with clear targets for acquisition and activationManaging marketing channels such as social media, email and CRM, website and SEO, paid media and influencer collaborationsRunning and optimising paid campaigns with a focus on efficient customer acquisitionTesting and improving landing pages, emails and offers to increase conversionDeveloping CRM campaigns to increase retentionCreating and steering content (copy, visuals, video) together with internal designers and external agenciesCoordinating the localisation of campaigns and content for our European markets, in line with our tone of voice per countrySupporting market launches in new countries with marketing plans and launch campaignsSupporting PR activities, such as press releases, media requests and partner communicationTracking performance along the funnelManaging campaign budgets, agencies and external service providersQualifications:At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, payments or consumer brandsProven experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, online and offlineHands-on experience with digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and analytics toolsTrack record of campaigns that delivered measurable results in acquisition or conversionStrong project management skills and the ability to manage several markets and deadlines in parallelExperience in briefing and managing agencies and freelancersAnalytical mindset and confidence in working with KPIs; experience with A/B testingInterest in crypto and fintech; experience in a regulated industry (financial services, MiCAR, gambling, pharma) is a strong plusFluent English and German; further European languages are a plusWhat We Offer:Our company is currently scaling fast across the EU market, with new retail partners and market launches every quarterCryptonow is fully EU MiCA licensed.
