Overview
As Global Community Manager, you steer community strategy and operations across Crytek’s titles. You lead the community team and ensure the player voice informs product decisions. You own programs, channels, moderation standards, and the content calendar, driving consistent player experiences. You’ll partner with PR, Marketing and Creator Partnerships to align activities and report community health with evidence. This role offers impact through shaping cross-title communities at a global scale in a dynamic studio.
