Overview
As a Senior Tools Engineer you will develop and deploy our development tools for CRYENGINE across platforms, empowering game teams and the Sandbox Editor. You’ll work in a cross-disciplinary team to improve productivity and quality, shaping tooling that accelerates content creation. You will collaborate with artists, designers and engineers to gather requirements, propose improvements, and maintain critical systems. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-moving engine studio with growth opportunities and a state-of-the-art Frankfurt office.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and deploy the tool suite both in-cloud and on-prem across platforms
- Contribute to the CRYENGINE Sandbox Editor development
- Collaborate with artists, designers and engineers to define tool requirements and designs
- Propose tooling approaches to boost content development efficiency and quality
- Maintain and improve low-level systems for reliability and stability
- Drive adoption of new techniques, technologies and languages

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Excellent C#, C++ programming skills
- Experience with distributed, micro-service architectures and Kubernetes
- UI development experience with HTML and Qt frameworks (or similar)
- Expertise with performance profiling tools
