Your mission & challenges
- Supporting and advising our employees and managers on all HR-related topics to promote a positive and supportive working environment.
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, from publishing job postings to creating a smooth start for new talent.
- Developing and implementing HR standards and processes that enable flexible and dynamic working and meet the requirements of a startup.
- Organizing and implementing employee development measures, including training, regular feedback, and individual career planning.
- Design and implementation of employer branding measures in collaboration with the marketing team, including success monitoring and analysis.
- Maintaining and managing employee data and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Creating and analyzing HR reports and key figures to measure and develop the progress of our People & Culture measures.
