We are looking for an hands on
Quality Assurance Engineer
to join our manufactuirng team and help develop testing processes to ensure the scalable assembly of Aeon, Hexagon’s humanoid robot.
Your Mission Drive the Quality Management System of Hexagon Robotics (HxR)
Drive the ISO 9001 certification process of AEON assembly lines.
Manage the Non-Conformity and Deviations processes, from material inbound to after sales activities.
Support the Supplier Quality Management activities.
Support the continuous improvements activities
Your Skillset
A Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Mechanical and/or electronics drawings and schematics reading
Previous proven experience in quality management related to manufacturing goods.
Previous experience with Metrology, Statistical tools and root cause analysis tool
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
A plus if you have:
Familiarity with functional testing of electromechanical assemblies
Understanding of traceability requirements (serial number / lot tracking)
Experience with contract manufacturers or outsourced production lines
