Hexagon Robotics
is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.
As a Working Student in our Legal Department, you will support the team on a wide range of commercial and contractual legal matters. You will gain hands‑on experience working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast‑paced and international environment. We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a Master's program and who want to work alongside their studies.
Your Mission
Supporting the review, drafting, and management of commercial contracts and framework agreements, procurement agreements, NDAs, R&D and collaboration agreements
Assisting with the maintenance and improvement of contract templates and legal documentation
Supporting the preparation of presentations and materials for leadership and executive meetings
Conducting legal research on commercial and corporate law topics
Assisting with intellectual property‑related matters
Helping prepare internal legal trainings and guidance materials
Supporting the Legal Team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks
Your Skillset
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (MLaw or equivalent)
Strong interest in commercial, contract, and corporate law
First practical experience through internships or working student roles is a plus
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
